Look at the whole monthly cost.

Home financing, site lease, services, taxes, insurance, and other household costs all belong in the comparison. The mission is to expand homeownership by lowering the complete monthly cost of living.

Proposed model. Financing, ownership rights, savings, and services depend on final agreements, lender approval, and local requirements.

Introducing the X Platform, from House X America. A proposed approach to homeownership that starts with a different question: what does it cost to live here each month?

A conventional home purchase bundles many costs together. The X Platform separates the home, land, foundation, infrastructure, and services into five connected layers.

With X Home, you own the structure and building improvements. The aim is to finance the home separately, while building equity through ownership.

X Site provides access to the homesite through a long-term renewable lease. The proposed model also includes the foundation and professionally managed community infrastructure.

X Life brings services into the picture, with options such as energy, connectivity, maintenance, and community services, depending on the lease and service package.

A smaller mortgage is only part of the story. Add the site lease, services, taxes, insurance, and other costs. Compare the complete monthly budget.

Landowners may participate through long-term arrangements, while investment supports infrastructure. The goal is more attainable homes and lasting value for communities.

The mission: lower the total monthly cost of living and expand homeownership. Financing, ownership rights, savings, and services depend on final agreements, lender approval, and local requirements.
