The power of better decisions

Energy is part of the Total Monthly Cost of Living™. Make it work harder for the people who call your community home.

Built around people.
Ready for communities.

From complexity to clarity

A buying group.
A coordinated approach.

01 / ORGANIZE DEMAND

Bring buyers together.

Identify eligible households and authorized community accounts. Align usage profiles, renewal dates, and purchasing priorities where practical.

02 / INVITE COMPETITION

Put collective demand to work.

Seek competitive supplier proposals for eligible accounts. Compare total costs, contract length, fees, renewable options, and group participation requirements.

03 / MANAGE OVER TIME

Keep energy working for you.

Build a coordinated plan for usage review, contract renewals, and efficiency opportunities. Account access and ongoing services require authorization and setup.

Small changes. Meaningful impact.

What could a lower
supply rate mean?

Explore the difference between two electricity supply rates using your own monthly usage.

Illustrative supply-only calculation. Not a quote or savings guarantee. Delivery charges, taxes, fees, credits, and usage changes are excluded.

Good questions. Clear answers.

Know before you choose.

Can everyone choose an electricity or gas supplier?

No. Eligibility depends on state rules, service address, utility territory, and account class. Electricity choice does not imply natural gas choice. Municipal utilities and electric cooperatives may not offer retail choice.

Can our HOA or condo association shop for residents?

An association can explore options for accounts it is authorized to manage, such as common areas. Individually metered residents generally make their own decisions. Any group purchasing program needs appropriate authorization and market-specific review.

Does a lower rate always mean a lower total bill?

No. Compare the full contract at your expected usage, including delivery charges, base fees, bill credits, minimum usage conditions, taxes, and termination fees. A fixed supply rate does not mean a fixed total bill.

How should builders and developers plan ahead?

Separate construction service, common-area accounts, and future resident accounts. Gather meter counts, anticipated usage, service dates, and contract expiration dates before requesting portfolio pricing. New utility service and infrastructure remain separate from retail supply selection.
