Scope: the attachment lists 20 of the TMC 100; it does not supply the other 80 parcels or their workbook. This map covers those 20 entries only.
Matching: 14 numbered addresses match county GIS records. Six street-only entries are provisional. The two Tangerine candidates jointly correspond to memo rows 7/8, and the two Brinkley candidates to rows 11/14; individual ranking assignments cannot be established. Erica and Mariah require parcel-ID confirmation as well.
Dimensions: estimated from HCAD polygon geometry projected to EPSG:2278, in US survey feet. Width × depth is the minimum enclosing rectangle, not necessarily frontage × depth. Edge lengths are simplified GIS boundary segments. Compare memo area with GIS area; neither substitutes for a survey.
TMC: the marker is a geocoded reference point at 6550 Bertner Avenue, not a campus boundary. Memo distances are reproduced, not recalculated drive times. The optional radius is straight-line from this map’s reference point; it may use a different origin than the original research.
3D: context buildings come from OpenStreetMap/OpenFreeMap. Their heights and coverage vary. Candidate parcels are shown as colored footprints. Home images are illustrative pairings shown at parcel reference points, not scaled building footprints or confirmed development capacity. Pairings are saved in this browser; direct links include the selected home and homesite.
