Privacy Notice
Updated October 12, 2026
This notice covers the Goswick Organization (GO) website, its inquiry form and AIGO website assistant. Contact GO@Goswick.Org with privacy questions or requests. It does not describe every activity GO may carry out outside this website.
Information and purposes
Inquiries. The form asks for a name and email address. Organization, interests, goals and preferred meeting time are optional. Submitting sends the information through the website host to GO by email so GO can respond and discuss your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. An email-draft fallback is available if the form cannot send. Do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords or confidential business materials.
Technical information. Hosting and service providers may process IP addresses, browser details, request times and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Inquiry abuse controls store a daily keyed hash of the network address, submission counts and recent submission times, without the inquiry text. People on a shared network share limits.
GO opportunity and research requests
The guided GO intake at Start with GO can collect assignment answers and, when you submit, your name, email, optional organization and follow-up information. Property requests also collect a location or market, intended use, decision, requested report, timing and constraints. Contact permission and research-processing permission are recorded separately. Submitted requests are saved in private server records for authorized GO team members to review, assign and follow up. Internal notes, report references, review approvals and team-reported sharing or meeting statuses can also be recorded. These records are separate from AIGO’s shared knowledge library.
If optional AI OKR drafting is enabled and you choose it, your confirmed assignment answers are sent to OpenAI. Separate contact-form fields are not included in that draft request; avoid entering personal or confidential information into assignment answers. Research processing and client report sharing require the approved operating process. The website does not automatically call RealAI or Anewgo, execute an NDA, book a meeting or generate a property report.
GO intake and private-dashboard sessions use essential go_agent45 and go_crm45 cookies for continuity, authentication and request protection. These session cookies are configured Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite Strict. Dashboard sessions have configured idle and maximum lifetimes. Server session files and browser restoration follow host/browser cleanup behavior. Clearing the conversation does not delete a previously submitted request. Ask GO about access, correction or deletion using the contact below.
The intake configuration example specifies a 90-day record-retention setting. Actual retention depends on GO’s configured operating policy, purge execution, backups and records needed for follow-up. The website does not promise automatic deletion exactly 90 days after submission. Ricci and GO must confirm the production policy and deletion process before public operation.
GO LAB | Communities and Plan Lab concept tools
The current community-platform brief and Plan Lab comparisons run locally in your browser. Entered locations, dimensions, preferences and research notes, and locally selected community images, PDFs or CSV files, are not uploaded by these tools to GO, Anewgo, RealAI or an AI model. Closing or refreshing the page clears the tool’s working state; downloaded JSON review briefs and selected source files remain on your device under your control. A community image or PDF is a reference, not an automatically measured site plan. These local tools do not verify local regulations or market demand. Hosting providers can still process ordinary page-request technical information as described in this notice.
AIGO and artificial intelligence
AIGO is an AI website assistant, not a person. Its session starts when you first submit a question. Your question, up to three recent question-and-answer pairs and relevant GO website excerpts are sent by GO’s server to OpenAI to generate an answer. Questions are not sent to OpenAI while you type. Responses may be wrong or incomplete. Check source links and confirm important information directly with GO; do not rely on AIGO for legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
A temporary session cookie links follow-up questions. New conversation clears the active server conversation and the displayed answers. Conversation history becomes inactive after 30 minutes of inactivity and is cleared on its next use; hosting session files follow the host’s cleanup schedule. AIGO also uses daily hashed network-address counters to limit requests. Its API requests use response storage disabled (store=false); this does not eliminate all OpenAI security or abuse-monitoring retention. See OpenAI’s privacy information. Do not enter information you do not want processed by this service.
Cookies, browser storage and video choices
Optional embedded videos are blocked by default on every page, regardless of your location. You can allow one video for the current page visit, allow selected providers, allow all videos, or reject optional videos. Reading the website and using its inquiry and AIGO features do not require optional-video permission. The website code contains no advertising pixels or standalone audience-analytics scripts.
| Name / provider | Purpose | Duration and control |
|---|---|---|
go_privacy_v1GO local storage | Remembers Vimeo and YouTube choices, notice version and the time you saved them. No unique visitor identifier. | Honored for up to 90 days, then permission expires. Change through Privacy choices or remove using browser site-data controls. If browser storage is unavailable, choices apply only to the current page. |
go_aigoGO session cookie | Conversation continuity, request validation and session security when you use AIGO. | Session cookie; browser session restoration can preserve it. New conversation clears active conversation history. Inactivity handling is described above. |
go_inquiryGO session cookie | Secure form submission and repeated-submission controls, starting when you submit. | Session cookie, subject to browser session restoration. Server state expires on its next use after 30 minutes of inactivity. |
| Vimeo / YouTube | Video playback; providers may use storage for security, preferences, measurement or other purposes described in their policies. | No embedded player loads before permission. Provider storage names and durations vary. You control previously stored provider cookies through your browser or the provider. |
Permitting a video connects your browser to Vimeo or YouTube, which receives your IP address and browser information and may associate activity with an account you have with it. We use Vimeo’s Do Not Track parameter and YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player; these settings do not make a video anonymous or eliminate all provider processing. Read Vimeo’s privacy policy, Vimeo’s player-cookie information and Google’s privacy policy.
Change or withdraw a choice
Open privacy choices to reject optional videos or change provider permissions. The same control is in every footer. Rejecting removes loaded players and stops future embedded-video loading here. It cannot undo information already sent or delete cookies set on a provider’s domain. External “Watch on” links work without embedded-video permission; choosing one leaves GO and is subject to that provider’s practices.
When your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, this website keeps optional embedded videos blocked, including when an earlier saved choice allowed them. These signals do not disable features you expressly use, such as sending an inquiry or asking AIGO. You can use external video links instead. Other business-level opt-out requests can be sent to GO using the contact below.
Recipients and international processing
Information is processed by GO and the providers needed to host the website, deliver email and operate requested features; these include the hosting provider, OpenAI for AIGO, and the video provider you choose. External providers operate under their own terms and notices and may process information in the United States or other countries. Contact GO with questions about a particular service or applicable transfer safeguards. The website has no feature for selling inquiry or AIGO data or enrolling you in targeted advertising; this statement does not certify every provider’s independent practices.
Retention and security
The original Request a Conversation form sends inquiry text by email; that endpoint does not create a separate inquiry database. The guided GO intake has separate private record storage as described above. Email copies, hosting logs and provider records have their own retention arrangements. Contact GO for information about retention of a specific inquiry or to request deletion. Website inquiry-rate records are replaced when the first submission on a new UTC day is processed; they can remain on disk until then. Privacy-choice storage and AIGO conversation handling are described above.
The website uses bounded inputs, request-validation tokens and submission limits. Session cookies are configured with Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite restrictions. These measures depend on correct hosting configuration and do not guarantee security. Do not use the forms for sensitive or confidential information.
Privacy requests and complaints
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of personal information, correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or certain profiling. You can request assistance at GO@Goswick.Org with the subject “Privacy request.” You do not need an account to submit a request. Explain the request and relevant interaction; do not email passwords, identity documents or sensitive information unsolicited.
GO may need proportionate verification of your identity or an authorized agent’s authority. Applicable law may allow exceptions, including necessary records. If a request is declined, you can ask GO to reconsider by emailing “Privacy appeal” and identifying the original request. Where applicable, you can complain to your state attorney general or data-protection authority. Exercising applicable privacy rights should not result in unlawful discrimination.
Children and sensitive information
This is a business-information website and its forms and AIGO are intended for adults. Children should not submit personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact GO so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.
Updates
This notice may change when website features or practices change. The date above identifies this version. Review it before submitting information.
