The Three Amigos Golf Tournament
Goswick helped establish and launch the Three Amigos charity golf events during 1994–1996. David Goswick’s recollections connect those years with Charlie Epps, Fred Couples, Blaine McCallister, Jim Nantz, and Nantz’s father.
The events brought golf, personal relationships, and charitable purpose together. They remain a memorable chapter in Goswick’s work connecting people around a shared goal.

A personal archive / Friendship & family
A personally inscribed copy of Jim Nantz’s Always by My Side, addressed to David and Austin, recalls the importance of the father-son bond. It is a keepsake of friendship and family alongside the golf memories.
The next chapter / Royal Oaks Country Club
The collaboration continued through Royal Oaks Country Club beginning around 1998. The May 11, 1999 launch announcement identifies Goswick Advertising as a media contact and describes a planned Houston country club community featuring a Fred Couples Signature Course.
David also recalls breakfast meetings at the Royal Oaks Sports Club exploring the possibility of a private country club near the Texas Medical Center. Those conversations reflected the same interest in bringing people, places, and new ideas together.

David Goswick / Looking back
Reflecting from California, overlooking the water and listening to the birds, David recalled the Three Amigos years, the Royal Oaks breakfasts, and a later meeting at The Metropolitan Club in New York City, where agents representing Peyton and Eli Manning joined the conversation.
The common thread is the people—and the trust built over time. For GO, these memories are part of a larger history of relationships that lead to new possibilities.
